Old Business: State Sale- the link to the catalog from the web site is a cost of about $100. Things went pretty smooth for check in. No issues at this time.
Annual meeting: Chula Vista cost about $2200. We need to look at a location, cost of meal, who gets the meal- 1 person, a couple or a family. The location was a bit farther north than past years. The committee for the annual meeting is Konkol and Quam. Overall, the board was not totally happy with the location/ meal. They will do some investigating for the annual meeting next year.
New Business: Open Preview Show: Kind will head it up with Weber on the committee. The dates are June 6 & 7, 2009. Kind will be contacting the judge and doing any correspondence with WLBA for the show as necessary.
